Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We do not require any minimum order quantities. Order 1 piece or 10,000, the process is the same. Bulk discounts kick in starting at just 5 units on DTF, DTG, screen printing, and embroidery.
Do you charge setup fees?
No setup fees. The only exception is embroidery, which has a one-time $25 digitizing fee per design to convert your artwork to a stitch file. Once a design is digitized, reorders skip that fee.
What print methods do you offer?
DTF, DTG, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, UV DTF, and paper printing. We'll recommend the best method for your artwork, garment, and quantity when we send your quote.
How fast can you turn around an order?
Production handling is 2 to 4 business days after artwork approval, plus carrier transit. Faster shipping methods are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Do you offer free mockups?
Yes. We can send mockups or proofs with every request so you can review the artwork before production. Once you approve in writing (email reply is fine), we go to print.
Is shipping included?
Economy shipping is free on US orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more. Faster shipping upgrades are available at their stated rates.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, and for embroidery the $25 digitizing fee is only charged once per design, so reorders are faster and cheaper.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only. International requests are handled case-by-case at [email protected].
