At Print Oracle, we're committed to delivering exceptional custom products that exceed your expectations

Custom-Made Products

Every product purchased at Print Oracle is a unique, custom-made item printed just for you. Because of this, all sales are subject to the return conditions below. We do not resell any returned products — they are all donated.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the printing step in production. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled. At that point you may return it (subject to the restocking fee below) or exchange it for a different size at no charge.

Our Fault

If the issue is on our end — misprints, defects, or wrong items shipped — we'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies.

All Other Returns

• Return window: 30 days from delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed in original condition

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

• Orders over $100 are exchange-only — no refunds, but you may exchange for a different size or style at no additional cost
