Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most custom orders ship within 1-3 business days after placement. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Because every item is made to order with your unique design, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for large orders?
Yes, we offer volume discounts based on quantity. Our first price breakpoint usually starts at just 5 products, and the more you order, the more you save per unit. Each product has its own unique bulk pricing tiers - check the price breakdown on any product page to see the exact discounts available.
What if I'm not happy with how my design looks on the product?
Every product page includes a live design preview so you can see exactly how your finished product will look before you place your order. If something doesn't look right after it arrives, our team will work with you to make it right. Whether that means a reprint or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
